Francis was knowledgeable and helpful when I was undecided . He knew his information without having to check - proving his excellent product knowledge and willingly checked a variety of different bed frames , headboards and divans for delivery times and prices and was very patient while I made my choice. He was on hand for questions while not being intrusive .

I was really impressed by our sales person Stephen who was very polite and really helpful as my dad is disabled he was really helpful explaining everything to him he allowed my dad to take his time and get the bed that was right for him

Stephen, the Salesman who dealt with us was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and made us feel like our purchase was important to him and he took his time to ensure we were happy with the choices and our final decision. Also, there was no pressure to buy and he made it clear he could spend all the time we needed discussing options.

I was greeted by Stephen on entering the store. He did not hang about and let me look at the products on my own. He was in sight when I was looking for specific advice and helped me quickly pick the item I was looking for. Great choice of products and very satisfied with my purchase.
