We where welcomed into the store by Stephen who allowed us the time to look at the products and make up our minds with no pressure. Upon choosing our bed Stephen was 100 per cent courteous and professional and I have no hesitation in complementing Stephen for the great experience he gave us and the apeed in which he handled the sale. A genuine credit to your company.

David our sales person was very helpful in discussing the different types of mattresses and listened carefully to our requirements. There was no pressure to buy and we went away to think things over and returned the next day. Upon our return David put our order through.

Knowledge and friendliness of staff

Knew what we wanted from looking online went into the Abbotsinch store, saw the bed. Asked for some advice on mattress, great advice given and bought the bed all within 30 minutes. Excellent service and options

We dealt with 2 staff members during our visit who were very helpful and knowledgeable. They were very careful to give us time and space to make our choice without being pushy or over bearing whilst still remaining available and attentive. They offered a lot of practical advice that really helped with our purchase. Excellent service

On the two or three occasions we were at the store trying to decide on what bed was best for us the staff were fantastic with there knowledge and advice and could not do enough to assist us
