Very friendly welcome with an explanation of how the colour scheme worked. This saved a lot of time when trying out the beds. The salesman was not pushy and explained the details when asked. We are generally not a family who would make a decision quickly but the manager made us an offer we just could not refuse. Going through the process of buying, the shop was closing, but there was no push to get the deal done and we felt we had all the time in the world. Even other staff did there best to make us feel welcome.

Margaret who looked after us was really friendly, had great product knowledge and wasn't at all pushy. She made the whole process a real pleasure.
