Dreams - Abbotsinch

I had checked several web sites to replace my mattress and returned to Dreams who were on the last day of their sale. On arriving at the store I was approached by an assistant and told him exactly what I was looking for and I was shown and tried four mattresses. Cost was not a major problem and the four I was shown were of varying prices with varying levels of discount. I picked the one I think will be suitable along with a mattress protector and two of the cool pillows. Another mind changer was the fact I could pay over twenty months which I had not considered as I was going to pay cash but spreading the costs at no extra cost to me was a no brainer oh and a coffee and mint while the finances were sorted so in and out all within twenty minutes. My type of shopping.

I bought my previous Divan from Dreams and needed a new mattress so returned to Dreams as I know the service and quality is always what I expect. The store assistant David helped us choose which mattress suited us. We already knew we wanted the Tempur range but didn't know much about the different products. David helped us understand the difference between each and guided us to try out each one to see what we preferred. He was not pushy and he did not push us for a sale. He only wanted to assist us. This made the experience much more relaxed and enjoyable. He also had a good sense of humor. I will be returning to dreams for my next purchase. The service & quality of products is second to none.

No one following me around for a sale. Given time to look around then given advice as where to look based on my choice of bed - firmness and price. Margaret explained everything thoroughly from delivery to 40 night comfort guarantee - very pleasant lady.

I did not feel pressurised by the salesperson. He spent the time to explain what the different types of bed were and heard what we were looking for. Once we had narrowed it down his advice was if there wasn't any comfort difference between the two then go for the cheaper one £400 of a price difference I must add. In the end we went for the tempur cloud 27 as my Mrs decided that she could feel the difference and it was worth the extra all with no pressure from the salesperson
