The salesman (Stephen) who helped us choose our mattress was very knowledgeable about the products and was friendly and professional.

The merits of the various types of mattress were explained fully to us in a friendly knowledgeable way without being "pushy". We were left to freely look at the different types with the Assistant being easily available so that we could discuss further and we were encouraged to "test" the likely choices to assist in making a decision.

On entering the store the week previous to my purchase at the Paisley store, I was greeted by Francis who was extremely helpful with discussing with me the TV beds and also advised me of other furniture I may be looking for In store. I then came back the following week to discuss further my options and purchased the TV bed an also the Melbourne wardrobe, he went through the sale with me very thourghly and answered any questions and queries I had, and I would recommend him to anyone I knew who is looking to make a purchase or enquiry in store.

The member of staff was very helpful & spent time with us helping to choose the bed & mattress for my son. I did feel that it was very expensive, but was more than happy with the service.

The service was fast, friendly and knowledgable. We tried several mattresses that would be suitable based on what we told the assistant and all were great. There were some more expensive and some less expensive. No pressure to decide or buy a more expensive mattress. Amazing. Ordered quickly done and delivery within 6 working days. And the free trial exchange is a great idea - just in case.

I arrived at the store with my Brother and we found exactly what we were looking for without any hassle, we were asked if we required assistance and we said no, so we were left to look around and when we were ready the assistance was very helpful and we got exactly what we were looking for.

Great customer service during visit. Very fast when processing our order which was great as we didn't have much time.

Stephen was very helpful in explaining the colour code on the mattresses, was very polite and made us very much at ease during our visit. He even offered us a tea or coffee. We went to Dreams having experienced some very good nights sleep in Premier Inns who claim to use Dreams mattresses We haven't taken delivery of our new mattress yet but do like the pillows we bought that day.
