Dreams - Abbotsinch

Margaret took lots of time helping us get exactly what we wanted and wasn’t pushy at all but seemed genuinely interested in having happy and satisfied customers. We came in to browse and left with a 3k bed and mattress order, largely due to her saleswoman skills (I wanted to go with her personally rather than order later online). She was also very knowledgeable and made us feel valued throughout the visit. She should be commended for her customer service, and is a real asset to the company

The sales woman Kim was lovely. Very friendly, knowledge and helpful. We did the sleep analysis which was pretty interesting. We found a gorgeous bedframe which we couldnt walk away from even though we were just in for a look.

I went into the store knowing what I wanted. The assistant was very helpful in explaining the different products and showing me what was available. The only fault I had was that I was ordering a small double bed and was only offered a double mattress cover. The assistant ordered a double but took £10 off the price. I have to wait a month for delivery. I have just returned to UK but fortunately I brought a single bed back with me otherwise I might have been without a bed for a month .

Had a little issue with payment as part of the purchase was to be paid for by my employer

The store was clean bright and welcoming. Hand sanitizer was available at the entrance and social distance notices in place. A staff member welcomed us shortly after we arrived and let us settle before asking our needs. We were invited to try the by electronic mattress assesment and them Kim guided us round the mattresses that matched our needs. The salesperson guided us through and was very helpful, explaining each mattress, she had extensive product knowledge but let us go at our own speed and was not too pushy.

I went into Dreams knowing exactly what I wanted and was pleased I had a choice of products in my price range. The staff were friendly and efficient.

The assistant was very knowledgeable let me have a good walk round the store pointed out sanitizer provided covers for lying on the beds and overall made me feel very comfortable I liked the fact no pushy sales talk

I knew what I wanted from a bed, I told Paula in your Abbotsinch retail park store and she showed us a bed which was exactly what I wanted, great customer experience. Paula is the readon I would come back

Kim our assistant was very well informed about the products and this made our selection and purchase of the two mattresses so easy. She took time to understand our needs and guided us through our options. Well done. thanks.
