Exceptional Customer Service from David, Paisley Branch Having stayed in a furnished apartment all our life, we had no clue regarding different type of mattresses on offer. We walked into Dreams shop to do a survey and were greeted with David who explained regarding all the different types of Mattresses on offer from the lowest to the highest price wise and firmness wise as well. He asked us to try all the mattress and also explained how we should rule out mattress which we don’t like. We are really thankful to David for such an exceptional service and extensive knowledge regarding all the products. Without his help, we would not have been able to finalise the mattress we wanted. We finally opted for TheraPur Hush 20 ActiGel Medium Mattress along with the Security Plan with which we got Mattress protector, Pair of Pillows and Home Delivery Free. Very happy with the outstanding customer service

Bed we wanted was right at the door.Sales assistant was very helpful in explaining what type of bed it was and about delivery and assembly. We were invited to look round the store to see if there was a bed we might have preferred other than the one we liked.When we decided on our first choice,completion of purchase was done very quickly and professionally by the assistant.
