As soon as we walked in we where welcomed by a friendly staff member Francis. He allowed us time to wander around and take as much time as we wanted to look at products so we didn't feel over welmed. When we where ready Francis was more than happy to talk us through our options and help make our massive mattress decision 🙂.

From the second we walked through it doors the staff looked after us and guided us and the best bit of all was no pressure to buy, no hard sell and that made all the difference.

We were not automatically pounced on by the sales person. He allowed us some time to try out a couple of beds before he approached us. The sales person was friendly and helpful and not at all pushy.

Staff were helpful, answered questions but also gave me time to look at the products freely to make my own mind up about what was right for me. Quick process ordering and organising delivery.

Stephen was very attentive and had patience while we tried each mattress and pillows. He also was at ease with us going up and down stairs to make our final choice.
