Margaret at Paisley was efficient and friendly

The salesman Francis was very helpful and nice and gave me a coffee. He explained everything in detail and made the purchase a pleasant and easy transaction.

Floor salesman very helpful and encouraged us to try all the beds and then advised us where to look for our specific product. Francis, who processed our order was very friendly and although we had declined the additional insurance, we were delighted when this was included at no additional cost. Francis was also very friendly with our son, who was running out of patience!

The rep Stephen was very helpful and friendly without being overbearing. We felt totally at ease without any pressure on us. He was very knowledgable and approachable with any queries we had.

A salesman was available as soon as required & listened to exactly what we were looking for. He asked appropriate questions to allow him to make make recommendations on the various options available to us. He clearly explained how we could choose an alternative mattress & the various storage options with the advantaged & disadvantages of each one for the space we had.

The staff were very friendly made us feel at ease .staff displayed a very good knowledge of the store products
