The sales assistant was very friendly and helpful. We told him what we wanted as my wife and I had been in the showroom the week before trying out what mattress was best for us. Although our visit was quick, we didn't feel hurried as the shop was busy.

I bought the exact item I was hoping to find at a good price

My husband and I returned to the shop with a number of questions on Monday. Each was answered by Francis in a thorough manner yet friendly way. We found the perfect bed for us and Francis made it easy to order and arrange delivery.

The staff were friendly, patient, understanding, sense of humour, welcoming and took their time to ensure satisfaction. Took time to explain the warranty.

I was highly satisfied in store as the staff were very pleasant and friendly. I found staff to be very knowledgeable about the products, which was helpful for us as customers. Everyone seemed to enjoy their workplace. Store was very welcoming, as we were offered refreshments when we arrived. We were assisted by Derrick and Stephen and they made our shopping experience very pleasant.

Stephen was excellent- gave us lots of useful knowledge while we were browsing, but without being intrusive. A nice change not to experience pushy sales techniques. The range of beds were extensive but not overly complicated with what was available.

The service we got from Francis on our visit was top quality. His product knowledge was excellent and he gave us plenty time to discuss our options on our own. Was happy with the whole in store experience from start to finish. We just wish we had gone to Dreams first and missed out all the other stores we trailed round. Will definitely use again.
