Dreams - Abbotsinch

Stephen served us when we visited the Abbotsinch store to purchase our TV bed. He was friendly and helpful, offering advise on mattresses and explaining the finance and delivery options available to us.

There was a wide selection of beds in the store and Stephen spent a considerable amount of time explaining the various benefits of each one we asked him about. He was not pushy or intrusive but was available to answer any of the many questions we had.

We visited your Abbotsinch retail park branch and met Francis - we were looking for 2 bedside cabinets - he showed us the one we liked but there was only 1 in stock - he suggested he could phone another store for availability - Uddingston had 2 in stock - Francis suggested we were best to go to Uddingston and buy the 2 together - we drove to Uddingston and there was the 2 sure enough. We happily bought them, took them home and realised we would like a 3rd, so back to Francis we went and bought the 3rd from him - an outstanding experience visiting both Abbotsinch and Uddingston - your staff are amazingly helpful - we had a delightful experience and would highly recommend Dreams to family and friends - thank you.

The sales guy Francis was knowledgeable about the products and gave good recommendations without being pushy.

we already have a bed and mattress from dreams and it is as good today as when we first bought it my husband and I would never consider going anywhere else for a bed or mattress, it is 8 years since we bought it and we both have had a great night sleep in all of that time
