I had been in a few days before and was told where to find what I was looking for. When I went in to order I just wanted to look at the bed again. When I went downstairs to buy this a salesman was there and helped me out straight away. No issues at all.

Great customer service, staff were very helpful, and didn't hassle you constantly whilst looking at products. Stephen at the Paisley store checked that we were ok, and did everything possible to help us enjoy the experience of looking for a new bed.

Staff were very helpful and knowlgable. The sale process was easy and quick. I'm very pleased with my purchases .

Stephen was very attentive, but never 'pushy'. He gave us all of the information we required. He was polite, and appeared to be perfectly happy when we said we would like to check out other suppliers before making a decision. (We did that, and eventually decided that Dreams were best able to meet our requirements for quality and value.)

I was served by Francis. He came over to us after a few minutes of being in the shop. We had his full attention, right up until the moment that we left.He was well spoken, listened and showed us items to meet our specification. The prices of all the products are affordable. For a high quality product. Will definitely recommend.

The assistant, Francis was incredibly helpful. He had a good knowledge of the products, he offered me a refreshment on site and took time to listen to my needs and wants. He left me to make my own decisions with his advice and did not put any pressure on me at all to buy. This is a model salesman. I commend him and Dreams for an extremely pleasant experience.

The staff were very friendly and approachable. They took the time to understand our needs and provided us with detailed information about the products we were interested in allowing us to make the best choice for ourselves, but best of all we felt under no pressure to make our decision on the spot, we were given time and space to browse and discuss between ourselvessel what we would like to do. A brilliant experience all round.

The salesman, Stephen, explained in detail what the options were. He was efficient , courteous and knowledgeable without being pushy. We found it a very pleasing experience.
