One of the employers Francis at the store came straight over and assisted me the whole time I was there telling me all about each bed I tried and helped me with my final decision.

Francis could not have been any nicer. Advise was offered on all beds and mattresses we were looking at. Francis was very knowledgeable and could answer any queries with ease and this helped me greatly in my choice of bed and mattress. I would not hesitate to recommend the store to family and friends.

The staff were very helpful explaining about the different matresses and base options. They gave us time to discuss the options and were on hand when we needed them. Theresa was great, she helped to 'persuade' my husband to buy the bed I wanted and we had a goood laugh in the process...and a cup of coffee! A very pleasant shopping experience, and looking forward to delivery of our new bed within the week.

The dreams colleague was very helpful. He was able to suggest several choices of mattress. The quality of the mattresses is excellent.
