Salesman was extremely knowledgeable but didn't harass or pressurize us. He gave us the information we required then gave us time to decide.

The store was clean, tidy & the staff were friendly. I'm not a fan of "being followed" about the store but when we needed help, Stephen was there and was very informative & helpful. The atmosphere within the store is very welcoming and you feel like you can browse without interruption if you choose.

I was looking for a bed for my spare room. The bed I bought was ex-display and in the sale so I saved a lot of money. There was even matching furniture at a great price too.

The person who served me was a man called Francis at the Abbotsinch store. He was so helpful but at the same time NOT pushy. A perfect balance.

As soon as we walked in the salesman acknowledged us but gave us time to have a look before coming over to help us. He than gave us time to go round the store but was very efficient at his job.
