friendly store with no pushy sales teams,we were able to browse around for 5 min before Francis approached asking if we needed any assistance and help with mattresses after we said it was just a mattress alone we needed, he explained about the couple we were looking at and then left us too stating just to call him over if need be,we left store after a while to discuss options as we had been in another store earlier that afternoon but decided we preferred beds in dreams.B ack inside tried out the 2 mattresses we were looking at then got Francis over,we went to his desk and were offered tea or coffee and even a sweet or 2 or 3 in my case,went over our options and felt very satisfied with our purchase and the way transaction took place.Would recommend you to anyone.

The person who assisted us was very knowledgeable and gave great assistance could answer all questions that we needed to and was friendly.

The service that we received from Stephen in the Paisley store was fantastic. No hard selling just genuine knowledgeable person who was interested. He asked us exactly what we would like and catered to that. He showed us plenty of option as are wedding is next month and budget was tight but by the end we were so happy with the service the price did not seem as bad for the full package. Great work and look forward to it arriving.
