The sales assistant Stephen was fantastic. My husband and I came to the shop not knowing where to start and Stephen was so helpful, explaining the different mattress types and beds. In the end, we bought a completely different bed from what we thought we wanted thanks to Stephens help and advice. We will definitely purchase from Dreams at Abbotsinch again

Product was easy to find quality is great I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Came into store and was approached straight away, this was our second visit to store and they allocated same colleague to us.

The man who served me - Francis - was lovely. He was friendly, kind, "human", not pushy, honest, humerous, and an altogether fine fellow. It made the difference between simply "buying" a product and "buying into" your company.

Francis was amazing at advising and assisting me with all the enquirers I had. He was a great help and didn't put me under pressure at any point where most salesmen do! Thanks Francis X

Sales assistant (Mark) was very friendly and helpful in my chosing the bed that suited me best. He was able to answer all my questions and did not try to rush the sale.

Ordering a bed wonted it delverd to difrent address but the man completed the order with out asking if every thing woz ok said he could not change it and it wood still be delverd to other addres and i had to sort my owen transport for the bed but i called dreams up today and thay help me out with noproblens think the man could not be botherd to change it for me but all sorted now

I am very highly satisfied because we went eith my partner to the Dream store and we will get all information, we will get good price for the bed. Manager store very friendly and he helps to us get the right bed. Thank you
