When entering the store the staff were friendly and welcoming. Asked if we needed help, we said no and he advised us to let him know if we did. Then came up the stairs to make sure we were OK later on. Mark answered all our questions was friendly and chatty all the way through my purchase

The Assistant John was very patient with us as we couldn't decide which mattress we would like, he even followed with a more firmer pillow so that we could test each mattress. Mark was very professional putting through our order, explaining everything that he was doing.

David was very friendly, not pushy and he explained all the different aspects of the bed, mattress etc. He pointed out the quality of the goods and the differences: hard soft etc. The other staff member, I think it was John, assured us about delivery times etc. They were funny and we had a very enjoyable visit.
