There was a very good atmosphere within the store. The staff that met us was friendly but not pushy. He made us feel welcome and was there to answer any questions that we had. He seemed to know his stuff.

We booked in for an appointment and were met speedily on arrival by Mark, assistant manager. He was very methodical and we had lots of time (and privacy) to consider our options. The staff were all very friendly which made the process even better. Mark was honest and focussed on our needs, and we felt very relaxed during our visit. We actually had fun and are very pleased with our purchase (so far).
