Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Not too pushy. Really helped us to try out mattresses properly.

Didn't feel pressured into buying. Francis was very helpful and did not rush us into making a decision

Francis who sold as the mattress had a good manner and made the process very easy and efficient. James and James who delivered the mattress were very professional and stuck to the delivery time that they said. They were also very considerate wearing overshoes and taking all the rubbish away.

On visiting Dreams, we were greeted by Theresa who was extremely helpful in helping us find what we wanted. Not quite sure of what to expect or what we really wanted, Theresa proved incredibly knowledgeable about the products available and the difference between them. Theresa had an incredible sunny disposition and we truly enjoyed our time chatting to her. Indeed, she even had one of her colleagues make us cups of tea whilst we chatted about the options available to us. Ultimately, the mattress and pillows we selected were of excellent quality and we found the product affordable due to the very reasonable financing offer that was made to us. All in all, we were delighted following our visit and can't wait to take delivery of our new bed!

Francis was very attentive and asked lots of questions to understand exactly what we needed. Gave us plenty of time to make a decision and at no point did we feel pressurised. We had our kids with us and the staff were really friendly and accommodating. Great experience, made us feel really valued

Sales assistant extremely helpful and gave us time and space to look around and try out different mattresses. His advice was extremely helpful and nothing was a problem to him. I would highly recommend dreams to friends and family. Excellent customer service

Both Francis and David at the Abbotsinch Branch were extremely patient in the face of drawn-out decision-making on my part. Also very knowledgeable. Could have been given even more flexible on pricing but we were happy at the end of discussions!

We went in looking for a mattress for a spare bedroom - we described what we were looking for and our staff member showed us exactly what we were looking for.

The sales person Francis was exceptionally knowledgable and helpful. He was polite and understood our needs. He was clear about the product range and pricing and guided us towards the product most suitable for us and et us know what discounts were available. Very pleased.
