I am a returning customer to Dreams and due to the service and products I would always shop at Dreams for future purchases

Stephen approached us on entering the store, explained where we would find what we were looking for and allowed us time to browse before helping us make our final selection. His knowledge of the products was excellent.

I was highly satisfied with my purchase because of the manner I was treated with, the quality of the the products and how easy it was to find the bed that best suited to me. The staff were quick to help and assist me to the type of bed I was looking for (a double Ottoman style bed). The staff made it easy to find the bed and made the transaction even easier, without any of the usual hassle I may have to deal within other stores, such as being offered extras on top of my original purchase which I appreciated. I did spend a bit extra for the bed than I had expected but I was happy to do because of how easy it was made and i didn't have to search for a good deal.

Good stock so we could try out a range of mattresses (traditional & tempur and combinations). Also Dreams had the basic product we wanted - a TV bed - as this solved our room layout problems. Our salesman helped us by explaining the differences and then giving us time to decide without pressuring or trying to influence us. Also made us feel welcome offering drinks. Our salesman, David, combined friendliness and professionalism. I could not have asked for a better mix. I think the advice we got was really excellent and it allowed us to make an informed decision. Even if we've got our mattress decision wrong, we have the comfort of your 40-day guarantee.

We were very satisfied at dreams when we went to purchase our mattress as Francis could answer all our questions easily made us feel very welcome, we are going to purchase a bed frame & bedroom furniture at a later date & will definitely be back to dreams.

Product range excellent meeting all our requirements including a superb range of mattresses which we could try out. David, our salesperson, was friendly and attentive without appearing "pushy" in any way. He knew just when to offer assistance which was extremely useful due to his excellent and comprehensive knowledge of the products. He was very patient - we took 2 hours over 2 days to decide!. he encouraged us to take our time so that we sure we selected the right products for us. He promised to call after our first visit to tell us when beds would be available - and he did. We felt we could trust him. Choosing a mattress is quite difficult. The Dreams 40-day guarantee put our minds at rest. When we chose a Flaxby model David did not try to steer us towards the tempur option which was almost twice the price.

Stephen was excellent in giving advice and helping us understand the options but at the same time gave us space to try products and weight up options
