The staff were very helpful, directing us to mattresses we may like. At no time were they pushy. We were given time to chat between ourselves and to consider our decision.

The store manager who assisted us was very attentive, friendly and helpful. He took time to show us a number of mattress and pillow types. He wanted to understand our preferences and gave recommendations based on this. A very personal service.

Collegue was able to tell us the difference in mattreses. We ended up with a better one than we thought we wanted.

I needed advice on what bed would be most suitable for my needs, as I have Multiple Sclerosis. The salesman, Stephen, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and I appreciated the time he took with me.

John (the store manager) was friendly and very helpful even though I came into the store 15 minutes before it was due to close.

The salesman David approached us on entering and then left us to browse. When we had made up our mind he came and explained our options. He was extremely knowledgeable.

Friendly staff. Explained what type of products we were looking for and were directed to them. No pressure from staff, were allowed to look round the store at our leisure.

The Assistant - Francis - was very helpful. He took time to explain everything, but also left us in peace to test beds and discuss things. I felt neither pressured, nor ignored. It was a very positive experience.

The store manager at paisley, John was fantastic. Product knowledge was excellent, he was in no rush but spent a lot of time discussing options for bedframe and mattresses. Went above and beyond the duty of a store manager. Very pleased with his service
