Dreams - Abbotsinch

When we entered the shop at AbbotSinch Retail Park in Paisley a member of staff asked if we required any assistance. When we said that we would like time just to have a look, that was fine. It was nice to be able to browse, compare and try the different beds, without a sales person following us. When we did have a question, there was always a member of staff around to help. We found the staff had a good knowledge of the beds and very helpful. Infact we were offered a cup of tea, by John who had a good sense of humour and could answer all of our questions on the Tempur Mattresses, and had a nice friendly and helpful manner.

The staff were not pushy nor did they stand over you as my wife & I browsed. The recommendation was excellent by Francis and he had excellent product knowledge

We were able to browse and try the beds without being followed by a member of staff When we had a question there was a member of staff nearby ablevto help Very friendly knowledgeable staff We were offered a tea or coffee (in the shop so long it took us ages to decide)

Our experience at dream was fantastic, customer service was great and we got what we were looking for straight away with a delivery date straight a away which was very handy.
