The young lady ,Paula who assisted me in selecting my mattress, base and headboard, was informative and helpful. I went in "just looking", but without being pressured, bought the perfect bed!

I was assisted by Margaret who was extremely helpful and really friendly. I was set up on the sleepmatch to help me find the best mattress suited to my needs. After testing all suitable mattresses I was given time on my own to make a decision and didn’t feel pressured into buying anything. Margaret was really informative and patient. She took time to understand exactly what I was looking for and answered any questions I had. I was also provided with bottled water whilst I was browsing which was a nice touch. I am extremely happy and confident in my purchase. Delivery time was less than a week which is much better than I was expecting.

Kim was outstanding, I have bad social anxiety and PTSD so don't sleep very well , she made it easy and was incredible friendly Like a wee granny figure Would definitely go back My millinery discount wasn't working so she took her commission off to save me money I will definitely recommend her own services to anyone needing a bed

the assisstant who attended to us was extremely helpful. We were not rushed at all and all products expertly described to us and most helpful as it is not something you are buying everyday and your store had an impressive choice of products.

The sales assistant Paula was a deciding factor in our purchase. She gave us time to browse and was there to assist when we had questions re the product. She was knowledgeable about the products and a very easy going manner. We had actually left the shop to browse next door and came back to Dreams because the sales person in the other shop was so pushy and would not leave us alone. Would definitely recommend this branch.
