From the minute we entered the store a very nice gentleman by the name of Stephen came to our assistance and explained about the colour coding, told us where to find the type of mattress we were looking for and offered us a tea or coffee.

In May 2014 I purchased a double Divan bed from this store and was so satisfied with the overall experience, I decided when purchasing an additional bed I had no reason to shop anywhere else for it. I was not disappointed, the professional, friendly and efficient service were the same as my last visit to the store. Looking forward to the delivery of my new bed.

Courteous and prompt service. The sales staff seemed to know the products. The only drawback is I went to try a Hypnos Mattress which is not held in the store I went to

We were made to feel welcome, finding a perfect match. We didn't feel pressured and also walked away happy.

Stephen was extremely helpful and gave us sufficient time to consider without standing over us

Stephen, the salesman was friendly, efficient and helpful. Advised me on the products and then took my order in a professional and then thanked me for the order.I would not hesitate in recommending this store.

Received a very friendly welcome upon entering store, once layout explained left to peruse salesman Stephen on hand to answer any questions we had but not forward or pushy in any way.

We were given time to walk around and see each item at our own leisure without any sales pressure. Each member of the staff was very courteous and had the knowledge of all the products when asked for specific information.

Iv been looking for a bed for 6 months and today I finally found the bed of my 'dreams' - Stephen a sales assistant spent as much time needed with me to select the right mattress suitable for me - I really appreciated the way in which Stephen spoke directly to me (as I was buying the bed) as some sales assistants speak directly to mums and dads. The manger was very friendly when I first approached the store despite being with another costumer I felt welcomed whilst entering the store - before buying any mattress I was encouraged to try out a number of different mattresses to make sure I picked the right one.
