I was always a bit sceptical about Dreams Beds, but the staff were really nice and knowledgeable and helpful. I am very surprised at the quality of the bed we purchased. I expected to be paying over the odds from a 'branded' store, but in comparison to the bed we had the quality is superior. Very happy overall.

John was very informative and happily answered the multiple questions myself and my wife had prepared before our visit to the store. He was close enough to gain his attention when required and also far enough away so that he was not seen to be push and intruding. Other chain stores should learn from this store as I hate sales people who are stuck to you like glue
