I received excellent customer service from staff member called Mandy. She approached me after I had been in the store for a short time, offered assistance and took time to understand my requirements and budget before taking me round and pointing out products and explaining the pros and cons. She was friendly and helped me choose. Her service made the difference between me spending my cash or not and she incentivised me with free delivery which really sealed the deal. I would normally have gone to Bensons for Beds but Mandy's service was first class and I would definitely give Dreams a shot now to give me a better deal. Thanks to Mandy for her help.

All staff on the day In the Paisley Store assisted me and each one was very helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and professional.
