We shopped around before ordering and Dreams came out top for a combination of quality and price. We ordered 4 beds from Francis at the Abbotsinch store and found him to be friendly, efficient and knowledgeable about the products. The ordering process was quick, efficient and hassle free. Overall we were very satisfied with our Dreams experience.

Professional, friendly service

Mark, the salesman who dealt with us was very friendly and informative without being pushy. He spent plenty of time with us, letting us try different products while explaining the differences. When we said that we were going to other shops to look round to discuss before buying, he did not try to force us into a purchase (doing that would probably have made me go elsewhere). We returned after half an hour, located the salesperson (who remembered our names) and purchased our new bed and bedding. I felt that he had an excellent rapport and was one of the main contributing factors to our purchase.

The staff we very friendly & helpful

Francis took the time to ask what we were looking for, try out the options and offer alternatives. He even took the time to offer a hot drink as the weather was so bad whilst we were going through the paperwork. He also made sure the delivery time suited us.

We were given all of the help we needed by Stephen to make an informed choice and at no time did we feel under any pressure to buy. He gave us all of the information we needed on all of the beds, provided us with pillows, which were great by the way, and allowed us to try all those we were interested in while introducing us to some beds we had not considered. All in all a very very positive experience and although we had decided to try all of the shops in the area, we had no need to look any further than your store. This was in largely because of the staff who were knowledgable, helpful and lighthearted Thank you for a very positive experience Janice Bernacchi

John was extremely helpful throughout the whole visit. He made the experience a whole lot easier for us.

I recently visited the Paisley dreams store and was welcomed as I entered. I was then given time to look around myself before being approached. As I knew what I was looking for, I was impressed that Stephen was able to point me to the bed I was looking for without any hesitation. This made me feel confident in his knowledge of the product. Once I decided on a frame, Stephen explained the different types of mattresses and the factors I should consider. While placing my order with Stephen, other members of staff chatted to me and offered me a tea or coffee, which was a lovely touch. Stephen checked I understood the costs and charges which I was paying for and answered any questions I had.

The sales assistant was very friendly and knowledgable about the products. No sales pressure at all.
