MANNERISM OF STAFF WAS EXCELLENT, THEY TOOK TIME TO UNDERSTAND WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR AND WERE NOT PUSHY TO BUY SOMETHING WE DID NOT WANT/AFFORD

The salesman was very helpful and gave me several options available when choosing the bed frame I bought

The assistant who helped me choose my purchase was very friendly and helpful she also left me to decide on my purchase in my own time unlike other stores where the sales people try to talk you into choosing something that you are not interested, overall I can safely say that I will be highly recommend to my friends and family that they should visit their local store when they are looking to make any future purchases for new bedroom furniture ..

the help from Stephen was great, i am only 25 suffer with really bad back and he talked me through about 8 mattresses and although it was dearer than expected to pay i think i made right decision he was so helpful and patient with me, my last bed and mattress is from dreams i don't think i would go anywhere else now always great service and products, ,many thanks

Stephen the sales assistant was very helpful and approachable he explained the full range of beds available and was very knowledgeable about the products. Stephen was very helpful without being intrusive. All in all a positive experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend dreams to family and friends.
