Staff were very helpful as we had never previously visited a Dreams store. There was a friendly introduction, without being too overpowering, and then left to have a look around by ourselves which is our preferred method of shopping. The staff member was ready when we were to ask and respond to any questions that we had, and then to complete the purchasing transaction. There was no hassel, which is very important.

The staff member who supported me was very knowledgeable to able to advise on the most suitable bed for my son. She also took the time to explain the warranties which I bought. The experience was one I wont forget which will encourage me to share with my family and friends

I was served by Stephen. His knowledge of the products was very high and his customer service was excellent not pushy which I have experienced from other stores. He helped me choose everything I was looking for and placed the order in good time. Will definitely be back

I was given prompt assistance from a knowledgable member of staff.Although the purchase was very expensive I never felt under any pressure to purchase until I was totally satisfied with the fact that this owns the right purchase for me.

How quick and easy it was to find the product and to purchase items.

The girl in the store Mandy was extremely helpful. She took the time to go through the different types of products and explained their differences. Everything was explained very well and this ensured I was very happy to make the purchase that day

The mattress had an extra 20% off sealy so was a good buy and the sales assistant was very helpful even though the mattress was not in display
