The assistance offered by the store assistant was excellent, she was very attentive and as I was there with my young children she was was extremely patient with us as a family. All round great service from everyone in the store who made us a coffee and took time to know our needs.

The assistant Many was very helpful & friendly & explained everything very clearly.

Stephen the assistant who served us was very friendly and efficient. He knew all about the product and helped us to choose the correct sizes of units to suit our needs. We were offered a cup of tea or coffee while we were browsing and although we declined, this was a very thoughtful gesture which was not offered in any of the other stores we visited. We will certainly come back for more purchases in the future.

The dreams colleague Stephen who assisted us was extremely helpful. He approached us as soon as we entered the store, explained how the store was laid out and encouraged us to sit or lie on the mattresses and gave us time to have a look around. He made me feel at ease and he spent time explaining the different products on offer. He also offered us a tea or coffee! Overall I am extremely satisfied with the service I received and would recommend Dreams to family and friends.
