Kim was exceptional. Too good! I spent more than I thought I would.

The person who served us was exceptionally good in every aspect of the visit and the service

From the minute we went in the store the assistants were keen to make our visit comfortable offering us water and telling us of the discounts available. Kim who dealt with us was absolutely brilliant, from her witty chat and paying attention to what we said we liked disliked etc and remembering our names. Her product knowledge and professionalism were evident and advised us on the bed she had and why she liked it too. Overall the staff in the store were above and beyond what I’d of expected

David was very helpful and did his best to understand our needs after which he showed us the matching products and answered all the questions we had. I wish there is a David every time I visit other stores now 😉

We were assisted by Margaret who was cheery and helpful. She explained what was available and was not to pushy leaving us to look at all the products and only coming back to us when we asked her,

After two visits to the store I was very impressed and comfortable with the support Kim offered me at each visit. So much so that when placing my order it was Kim that I requested to help me with this.

I needed a bed asap and Margaret was very helpful in guiding me to the quickest delivery beds
