I was delighted that we were allowed to browse on our own and choose the bed we wanted then the process of the purchase was quick and easy Francis was helpful and very pleasant and we shall certainly share with our family and friends about dreams thankyou.

on entering the store the assistant put us at our ease without being pushy,he explained the pricing codes and the color codes then left us to browse .once we found what we wanted he sat us down at his desk and explained all in a jovial manner

I dealt with John and he was extremely helpful and not in your face, his was very knowledgeable and was so happy with the service i received i was in again 3 weeks later and bought a bed!!

The staff were very helpful ,I was shopping for a electric bed for my disabled husband ,and the staff especially John were very helpful even letting my husband lay on the bed and explained all the workings and controls thank you very much

Stephen was friendly and extremely knowledgable about the bed frames and mattresses we were interested in. He helped us to look around and choose the best mattress that suited our needs and budget and then he ordered us a frame which we had seen online.
