As soon as I entered the store I received a warm welcome from Stephen, one of your employees. He then assisted me in finding the items I was looking for with a friendly manner and knowledge of the products.

I was very satisfied as I was left to look around without being pestered by staff . I was told as soon as I needed help staff would attend to our needs.i was helped to understand different qualities of bede and helped to choose the one I bought.

The assistant was highly knowledgeable about the products, very helpful in assisting me pick what I was looking for, a very nice girl even offering me tea or coffee. I had a very nice experience shopping in your store and would shop there again.

Previously always bought Silentnight beds so was looking for another. Was unsure re Miracoil or Pocket spring mattress, Dionne explained difference.

Have been searching for a new bed for a while i found the store and staff were excellent there is a great range of beds and mattresses and the staff at the Abbotsinch store were knowledgable and Dionne who served us was helpful and cheerful. I did not feel any pressure and was given plenty of help to make the right choice.

The salesperson and assistant were very friendly, knowledgeable and interactive with both myself and my wife, had a good old fashioned big of banter with them. Something that lacks I this day and age, being old school I enjoyed it. :) Thoroughly satisfied.

No pressure to buy. Very friendly and knowledgable staff (Francis). Good store layout. All round a very pleasant experience which was stress free and we even got a tea and coffee. 😀
