We were looking for a double bed and a friends had recommended the Dreams store in Paisley as she had purchased a bed recently. We found the frame we wanted but weren't sure about the mattress. We received fantastic customer service from Mandy who was very polite and gave helpful advice about mattresses. She was thorough when explaining about the order process and terms and conditions. I would highly recommend Dreams to friends and family. Thanks Mandy!

The member of staff who carried out my purchase was very helpful & attentive. She explained everything clearly & did not try to push me into making rash decisions during the sale. All the other members of staff very friendly.

The sales assistant, Mandy, who was primarily dealing with us was excellent - very patient with a good sense of humour Francis, her more experienced colleague helped where he thought it was needed without butting in, and John the Manager gave us a little discount when we came to do the deal
