Staff were most helpful,and explained everything we needed to know about the products,friendy,cheerful,and took good care of us,would recommend the store to others,no problem at all.

No fuss, no hassle. Went in knowing what we wanted and were helped to acquire it.

We were given time to browse on our own, and then we were assisted when we had an idea of the type of bed and mattress we were looking for. The assistant was very knowledgable and pleasant and made sure we were comfortable trying out the various beds several times. The actual transaction was also carried our very efficiently.

Sales person did a great job. Explained the options available for the Tempur range and the ottoman base.

The store manager John (Dreams in Paisley) was extremely patient and helpful. I am not the most decisive person and in my initial visit to the store he gave me great adivice and made me feel completely at ease. On my second visit to order my bed, again he was fantastic and I feel completely satisfied with the level of service and quality of the product I have ordered. I will definately be back and have recommended the store and service to my sister for when she buys her new bed.

Person who served us was friendly and up beat, got exactly what I was looking for and without any hassle and didn't have to pay up a massive lump sum at the time of purchasing

Assistant Mandi contacted us shortly after entering store and was both helpful and knowledgeable without putting any undue pressure on us to make a purchase.

Sales staff were knowledgeable about their products and took their time to explain the different types of mattresses and beds. Our sales assistant, Dionne, was very polite and helpful. We felt that she valued our custom and at no point did we feel under pressure to place an order.

There was no pressure from staff and no one stalking us around the shop trying to sell us beds like many other bed stores. We felt at ease and had a laugh with the friendly staff. Would always go back to this same store.
