The workers were extremely nice, offered us a drink. Had excellent product knowledge.

My partner and I received excellent assistance during our visit. The store manager, John, was very helpful in explaining and demonstrating the different types of Tempur mattresses and pillows available.

The staff in the store at Abbotsinch Retail park were excellent, both in terms of their knowledge and their personalities/friendliness. Also our mattress was delivered within a week.

Visited the dreams store in paisley and Donna was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. She assisted us straight from the word "hello" and made the task of buying a new mattress that little bit easier

Found it quite daunting at first due to the amount of beds on offer. The assistant took time and explained all the features and got us to exactly what we needed without a "hard sell". Really impressed by your staffs service skills and her attitude. Possibly would left without purchasing had it not been for the friendliness / attention of this lady.

Donna was great from start to finish,she didn't miss anything she had great product knowledge.

we have shopped at Dreams before and as a returning customer we are satisfied and happy with our order and choice of item. The only issue is that there was a delivery charge this time and this would have an effect on future purchaces
