Excellent advice given.

We phoned the store first after looking online, the sales assistant was very helpful, the next day we went to the store, the assistant remembered talking to us, spoke with us about what we were after, offered tea or coffee to make us more relaxed and gave us plenty of time to look and answered any questions we had. Her product knowledge was first class. She was not a sales assistant who was just after a quick sale,which happens a lot, she was very helpful and relaxing to talk to. Abbotsinch store is very lucky to have Donna as a member of their team. Three members of our family were then confident to have chosen the right product.

The staff were friendly and helpful and spent time with us but also not too pushy either.

Francis was very knowledgeable and helpful in trying different options to suit my son. Excellent service

Brand new store. Dionne the assistant was lovely and very helpful. The manager even made us tea! Very happy with our service.

We were served by a gentleman called Francis who was very helpfull he was there to answer any questions we had but was not in your face or very pushy which can be very off putting.

The gentleman at the Abbotsinch Glasgow store that helped us pick our bed was incredibly friendly and helpful a definite 10/10 for customer service 😊

The shop layout impressed me and every item was displayed well and clearly priced. All of the staff members were polite and friendly in particular dionne who was very knowledgeable about your products. Dionne also brought over various pillows for us to try out whilst lying on the mattress we had selected in order for us to select the correct pillows.
