We were welcomed within a short time of entering the shop, when we did require assistance it was given immediately & our needs were quickly established. We had our two young children with us & John made us feel all at ease! John explained every stage clearly & even offered to help us out to our car with some smaller items we also purchased. Thank you for the first class customer service!

The service given by Mandy was fantastic; she explained all the products and even helped look after our 1 year old whilst we tried out the beds. She was able to answer all our questions and was very knowledgeable. The store was very clean and well laid out.

The staff were friendly but not intrusive. They were also very knowledgable about the products.
