After the sale we were sitting with 2 staff and had a good laugh. Was also offered tea and coffee.

Very helpful and friendly staff. They took time to explain the options so we could make the right decision for us.

Francis was a great help and really quick at ordering my bed and answering all my questions. However I feel it would have been better if the bed was on display so I could have had a proper look at it before buying and I was abit disappointed that the delivery men would not put my bed into my garage and I was going to have to pay an extra £40.

I did not feel hassled by the staff . I was able to try out the mattresses without feeling I was getting pressurised for a sale. The assistant was very helpful telling me about the springs in the bed and what that meant. She also took time to look at the details for the mattresses and explain exactly what that meant which was helpful.

Mandy who served us was very approachable,friendly and had lovely customer service skills. She was very natural and professional at the same time. The cabin bed we ordered was reduced in price and of good qualitu. Also liked the fact there is a price promise. Allbof the staff engaged with us without being the usual overbearing sales people we all dread.

Sales assistant was extremely friendly and helpful.

The sales assistant was very helpful but not pushy, he asked about our requirements and helped us to find a bed within our price range

My eighty five year old mother was looking for a new bed and the patience and understanding shown by your staff was excellent. The gentleman dealing with her explained everything in a way she understood and took his time with her. No hard sell . thank you.

i came into the branch to enqiure about a specific type of bed and was helped to choose the correct bed and price that suited my budget the staff were all very helpful and i will return if i need any more bedding in the future.

The staff were very helpful but not at all pushy. Francis made suggestions to help us in our decision making on which products to consider.
