We found the staff very friendly and not too pushy.

The main reason i was highly satisfied with my visit was my server Donna. She was lovely. Very patient with me even though I changed my mind 2 or 3 times about which bed i wanted to go for. I eventually went for the more expensive one but never felt pressured at any point. She went through all my options with finance. she was very helpful helping me find all my bedding accessories and basically just couldn't be nicer. Would recommend Dreams to my friends and family and wold tell them to ask for Donna.

Good range products. Excellent sales service he was casual yet knowledgeable and didn't hover but kept us on track assessing our needs and feedback till we finally found a product which suited both our very different requirements for a kind sized mattress.
