I have dealt with both John and Francis, who were both highly knowledgeable. I was surprised at how reasonable the prices were and the speed of delivery. We were able to find exactly what we wanted very quickly and the staff were all great, offering us tea as well as frindly chatting while processing our order. Everything made us feel happy and at ease that we had choosen the right bed.

Great service child friendly

The customer advisor was extremely knowledgeable about the products. When we explained I had a certain medical condition he recommended other suitable products. He was very patient whilst I sampled many beds and pillows. He did not rush us into making a decision. Carefully pointed out the pros and cons of certain products in relation to my medical condition. When he was processing our order we were made to feel welcome by his colleagues. We left the store feeling like VIPs!
