We spoke to Kim who showed us the sleepmatch machine and all the recommended mattresses. The whole process was quick and easy.

Greeted by very friendly staff. We began to browse and Kim approached us to introduce herself and let us know where everything was in the store and if we needed anything at all to just let her know. As we continued to browse and have a look at some mattresses Kim approached again and made mattresses more accessible for us to try. It wasn’t intimidating at all and very thoughtful. When we were ready to place order Kim again was not pushy but was very knowledgeable with what we needed and her recommendations and put the order through very quickly for us. Overall very pleased with the service provided.

The salesperson (Francis) who dealt with us during the visit to Dreams in Paisley was very helpful with no hard sales tactics employed by him. His knowledge of the products was excellent and he full understood our needs to change back to a normal spring bed from a Tempur that we purchased from Dreams several years ago.

We had a great experience in the store. Paula was friendly and approachable. She was patient whilst we tried out lots of beds to find the most suitable one. She was knowledgeable and able to recommend different options to us. She even offered to help us take our new duvet/pillows etc to the car. All in all a great experience! We are very much looking forward to our new mattress arriving.

The service was excellent. We are awaiting delivery (just ordered yesterday) The bed and mattress purchased looked to be very good quality.

The assistant Francis was very helpful and informative.

The two assistants were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I had bought a double divan and headboard a month ago and as a result of their customer service skills and the product I returned recently to purchase another single bed. Best customer service I’ve received in quite a while - we’ll done!

We were happy with the service, efficiency and helpful manner if the assistant Paula. We were given time to look around without presure and the whole experience was great. Paula was a knowledgeable and friendly sales person.

The knowledge of Margaret (sales assistant), she listened to my requirements and then introduced me to the machine for testing which mattress is best for your needs. At first I thought it was a gimmick then I felt the sensation in my spine and moving through my back to my shoulders it was the most relaxing feeling. It identified 6 mattress 2 being Tempur tried the first tempur, it felt ok but not that firm, tried the others then I tried the firm tempur what a feeling knew right it was the one I required. Then tried it with the tempur pillow it was blissful can't wait for it to arrive counting down the days. Margaret was very good giving time to take in the products identified for me making sure I was satisfied with the product I was purchasing I was made feel at ease and nothing was a bother for her making sure I had purchased the correct item. All staff were friendly and helpful and a good atmosphere in the show room, in all the experience was great and I would recommend the store to family and friends. A job well done Margaret.
