I was highly satisfied with the choice of products, the value of the products, and the assistance was very helpful, professional and very friendly The assistants name was Dionne, who was very friendly, and well versed in all your products within the store. I was also impressed with the lift service, which was of great help as I have just completed key hole surgery on my right knee, the lift made a great difference, as I have temporary limited mobility.

Very helpful people in store. We had to return and change our order and it was not a problem.

The staff greeted me when I walked in and asked if they could help but I said I was just browsing so they left me to do that in peace - when I need assistance they were available to answer any questions I had and this resulted in me making a purchase. The assistants had the perfect balance of friendliness and helpfulness with breathing down your neck.

As soon as i explained to your member of staff (mandeep sumal) what i was looking for she assisted me with confidence & patience..she explained all aspects of dreams policy..found it an enjoyable experience plus a complimentry cup of tea while we went through the process of ordering my new bed
