The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly and made me feel at ease with no pressure to buy. the shop was well laid out and the range was good. the staff offered to help me look in the catalogue for other beds they did not have on display. Really excited about my bed arriving on Friday. night night :) They even offered me a discount on my purchase which is always great.

Mandy is very knowledgable and nothing was too difficult for her.

The staff were friendly on arrival but not overly pushy. I was left to wander, as requested, and as soon as I looked for assistance, your staff member was available. The order process was speedy and delivery arranged very quickly too.
