We were welcomed when we entered the store. A number of staff offered us tea or coffee as we looked around the store. Donna was helpful and efficient in answering our questions and taking our order.

From the moment we entered until we left we were made to feel totally relaxed by Francis, making sure we did not just try one bed but explained all types and having us try out beds to let us feel comfortable. We had no idea what we wanted but Francis gave us great knowledge of how we would feel on each top as we wanted a pillow top mattress and of course making sure we lay on them all ! Wonderful experience with great communication with other members of staff they certainly all know there products. Will definitely return to buy and recommend to friends and family.

The customer service was very good

I hate shopping. In general you get pestered to listen tostaff that have a limited kknowledge of the product and are encouraged to make a bonus. This was not the impression I got feom dreams staff.

The sales assistant Donna was very nice to speak to could ask her anything about the bed and mattress i was wanting to purchase and she had the answer. Helped us decide on the kind of bed and mattress that would suit us and feel comfortable with. Would recommend and definetley return to dreams in the future.

The staff are very helpful and informed, not pushy getting you to make a decision. I have purchased two beds before from Dreams and highly satisfied wig here.
