Dreams - Abbotsinch

Immediately upon entering the store we were impressed by the overall look and feel of the place, once we started having a browse among the beds for what we were looking for, one of the sales people "Donna", came over and introduced herself to us and asked if she could help us. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products and really went to great lengths to help us with our purchase. The store manager "John", also came over and spoke to us for a while, the whole experience in store was very enjoyable indeed and we will definitely be back to shop here again!

We very quickly found what we were looking for at a price we could afford and the staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient.

On my initial visit I was not put under any pressure, I then took the information to my wife who was in hospital who agreed we should proceed, on my return my order was processed satisfactorly with a promise of an Email to give a delivery date which so far I have not received, the first part of the order is scheduled for delivery on 3/6/15 I thought it would be helpful to have one delivery, I await your response.

We were only browsing for a bed. The sales assistants knowledge and no pressure approach was of great assistance. We tried several beds, and several more, and received the details of all variations thanks to the helpful staff. Having chosen our bed, the easy manner and cheerful discussion while the paperwork was being concluded was very refreshing. My wife and I are highly satisfied with the service, lets hope the same will be said of the bed once received. I'm sure it will.

I knew what I was lokking for and without seeing it in store the staff assistant took me straight to the product and it was as I described

Donna was informative, available, but not 'pushy' and appreciated the time needed to think and was not phased by saying I would have to go away and think about this.

We were allowed to wander at ease without feeling pressured although a member of staff also introduced himself to us and explained the difference between the mattress types. We were also encouraged to lie on the beds properly to test them out.

Time and attention from staff was exceptional. There was no hard sell or pressure to buy. I had visited the store the day before to see what was available in my price range as I was buying the bed for my son. The next day we visited a competitor store much closer to home and left after about 10 minutes because the service was so poor and made the extra journey back to dreams. Glad we did because service was great but most of all product knowledge was outstanding.

The sales person was very knowledgable,helpful & friendly,he also showed patientence towards myself £ my friend who had twin babies with her. I would certainly return to the store in the future! His name was John.
