I had my previous bed from Dreams. It has lasted well and was good quality. I returned for the great service, great quality and great down pillows.

The staff were extremely helpful, welcomed us as we arrived in the store. Also told us if we needed and assistance just to give them a shout, offered tea and coffee whilst looking around. Did not feel presured into a sale by anyone. Great knowledge of beds and mattresses.

Donna the dreams colleague was extremely helpful she made sure we found everything we needed and even provided us with the use of a measuring tape to ensure it would fit into our Jew home. Everyone who worked in the store was cheerful and helpful and not to pushy it was a fantastic experience we are really pleased with our purchase

I 'scoped out' the bed I wanted online and the bed was in the store and available for delivery at the end of the week. One fly in the ointment unrelated to the store. The delivery charge is excessive and bordering on onerous with customers perhaps feeling 'fleeced' (no pun) having no option but to spend an additional £40 . Surely if I'm spending North of £350 on an item, free delivery would be an incentive.
