Told Francis(salesman) exactly what I was looking for as I had been in the showroom the night before and Francis had showed and explained all about the products I was interested in so I went home and thought about my different options and returned to make my purchase the following day. I cannot stand salesmen who are pushy and follow you about the store and this did NOT happen on my visit to your store, Francis introduced himself and said just to ask if I needed any help and advice which is what I look for when going into a store - just to be left to look around and ask if I need anything. I went in to purchase and bed and left with bed purchased plus four pillows and a free mattress protector without any hassle (oh and took out insurance with bed). You have a good sales team in your Abbotsinch store. ONE HAPPY CUSTOMER

Staff were extremely helpful on both occasions and made us aware that there was a special offer on (3 for 2) and to be sure we came back in time before it ended. We did this and were very satisfied with the speed of service and they even gave me a cup of coffee while waiting. I cannot wait to have the Melbourne Oak Range and pocket memory foam mattress delivered for our new house.

The assistant didn't try to sell me the most expensive products but he did explain the difference in the different types of beds and bedding which was a great help.

I was able to find the products I was looking for very easily, and when I needed help and advice, the salesperson was immediately available, knowledgeable and was able to discuss my requirements, and offer options at different quality levels and price points explaining all as we went along.

Th store assistance Mandy was very attentive and made sure I got answers to all my queries.

All the staff were friendly and helpful and did not rush us to make our choice of goods even though we were shopping at the end of opening hours. Would have no hesitation in using this store again.

I needed a double bed quickly and Dionne was most helpful
