As this was my first visit to dreams, getting the knowledge from the colleague was the best ! Donna from Paisley store helped with every need and I was guided to making the right choice in beds and mattresses and pillows and duvets ! Would highly recommend and will definitely be back again.

Very satisfied with the advice and help given by the sales person at the store. She was informative, friendly and easy to deal with.

Friendly helpful staff, mattress to take away same day

Dionne was very helpful, without harassing or overwhelming us (as happened in other bedroom furniture stores). She helped us to find the perfect bed and was really polite and friendly, despite my many ridiculous questions. The product was a great price, with a further 20% off it and I felt that Dionne went an extra step further by throwing in a free pair of pillows my husband and I had been looking at. The duvets and mattress toppers were a good price and we got further discounts because we were buying a bed. All in it was a very quick, easy, fuss free appointment, with great products, prices and service.

Staff couldn't have been more helpful and had excellent product knowledge and good people skills making the whole shopping experience very rewarding

The staff were nice, eager to help and seemed competent. Most importantly though I found the bed I liked and it was available in the size I was looking for.

I wasnt out to buy a bed today more to get information but the sales assistant Dionne was so nice and even offered a tea which i accepted she told me the information I needed and also let me have a look myself which I liked and was always on stand for any questions. Dionne helped me choose my headboard and duvet also I was happy that you could take away my old bed as I could t manage overall very happy customer thanks

We were actually only out to look today but Donna was so helpful in determining what we needed and so friendly we ended up buying today. Donna was extremely friendly,helpful and not pushy at all. We take a total dislike to people who are pushy with sales and Donna was the complete opposite and great with our children too. Thank you.

a very good selection of beds and mattresses on display in the store well laid out and store staff very welcoming and friendly. Refreshments offered by the staff and overall experience was first rate.
