Donna was very knowledgeable about the products for sale and listened to what we were looking for. Her suggestions were helpful and made buying our mattress very easy.

The Sales Assistant Donna could not have been more helpful she was very friendly and helped us choose the correct bed frame for our needs. She then went the extra mile when we wanted to rearrange the delivery date after confirming the order.

The service was outstanding couldn't fault it at all. JOHN (The store manager)was very helpful and understood what myself and my husbands needed. The process was quick and straight forward as John explained everything clearly! Would highly recommend to anyone of my friends and now a familymember will be shopping at the store from now on after all the positive feedback we gave them! I found exactly what I was looking for within my budget

The professionalism of the staff, their friendliness and their willingness to give us space to test and discuss our preferences. Store was light, airy and uncluttered (Not having purchased a mattress for some years we were out of touch with prices, but believe the price paid was probably fair.
